They are highly unprofessional!They give quotes,then no one is on the same page about the order!Been over 2 months and still no rim and tire but they have already been paid!They wait until they are paid to lie and say no tire came with my order.Then switch and say well they didn't know so now they have to find the tire.I have wasted gas on several trips to this sorry excuse for a business just to have no resolve!Do not do business with these scam artists!!

Terrible customer service & poor quality work. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy even if it was for free. Wouldn’t surprise me if this place wasn’t just a front for something illegal. Steer clear!

I purchased a car audio system from active sounds and had them install it as well. The next day my car would not start. I just figured my battery died an purchased another one which allowed it to crank up for all of 15 minutes. My car also started doing strange things like the car alarm ramdomly would go off, the doors would lock on there own and the steering wheel started locking up. I had my car towed to to be worked on at industrial cars. They were very busy at the time so they did inform me it would take some time to get to. Well 3 months later they finally fixed my car. When I asked what was wrong I was told that the audii system was put in wrong. The mechanics at the shop said this was the worst wiring job they'd ever seen an had I been able to continue driving my car would have caught on fire. I've reached out to Active Sounds only to be given the run around. They told me to bring the bill, pictures and they also spoke with the people who fixed the car. All they are saying now is I could have did something by having the battery changed then it switched to it probally was the tracker I have on my car an should try to reach out to the dealership that sold me the car. I called him an he's saying theres no way an that all his cars have trackers. Mind you I've had the same tracker on since I got the car an had no problems. I just dont see how they even have a clue what could have caused the issue when they never even looked at the car since it was repaired. They aren't trying to resolve this issue. The owner is ducking me. I've been riding cabs an paying for a rental for the past few weeks now. I just want them to pay for the repair bill. I spent almost $3000 on this system Active sounds told me they would sell my system for me an give me that money but how is that fair. Im taking them to court bottem line.
