Review: On April **, 2014, my vehicle was towed by Active Towing of [redacted]. The replaced my battery and alternator. My Invoice # is [redacted]. The amount was $395.24. I was told I have a year warranty on my alternator. On December **, 2015, my vehicle broke down, had to be towed, and the alternator had to be replaced. I had to pay $220.00 for the alternator to be replaced. That is the cost of the part. I already know that labor will not be returned back to me. I tried calling Active Towing when it broke down, and I was told to call be on Monday there is nothing they can do for me. I was yelled at and hung up on. I only have one vehicle and I had to have it fixed right away by another garage. I called on December **, 2014 to Active Towing, I was told find my receipt the [redacted] location was closed down and to call back. I called back on December ** at 11:24 am and explained to the person answering the phone that I have my receipt. The person explained that they got their computer up and running from [redacted], they found my invoice and that [redacted] from Active would give me a call. [redacted] from active called me back but I missed his call. I called him back right away and left several messages asking how can I get my warrenty and what do I need to do. I did not hear back from him. I called again to ###-###-#### and was told he is not available. I called again on December **, 2014 and the phone was hung up on me. I called again December **, 2014 twice. The first time I called I was yelled and screamed at, told [redacted] is not [redacted] here and the phone was hung up on me. The second time I was told [redacted] is on vacation to call back on December **, 2014. I called again on December **, 2014 ans was told [redacted] is out until the first of the year and to call back. I called back again on 1/*/15 and was told the business is sold. I have tried several times and get told the same thing. I just would like to get my money back.Desired Settlement: I would just like to receive my amount back on my alternator. The money I had to lay out was my childrens Christmas money. We did not have a Christmas. I do not appreciate being lied to, hung up on or cursed at over the phone. This is not the way a business she act. Can I get any Help to recover my money?
