I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***. I am still disappointed that it took me sending in a
complaint to your organization for me to get results instead of them staying in
contact with me to fix the issue. They did come to the house the next day to fix the issue but you can tell that it was just done quickly and
not with care or regards to the current coloring that they originally provided
me as far as the trim is concerned. My original trim was brown to match
the shingles and they put up white which does not look very good. Like I
said, I am very disappointed with the way that this was handled
