I purchased a $200 gift card for my son for a christmas gift and now the business has closed. He made several attempts at the beginning of the year driving to a couple different locations only to find them closed. He then attempted to go online and their website is down. Upon further investigating we have confirmed the business has filed bankruptcy.
at the time of purchase, not one employee advised me that the store would be closing. The store was fully stocked and I had no reason to believe they would be filing bankruptcy or closing. This is extremely deceitful of the store. We have always been loyal customers.

I purchased gift cards for my nephews at this store location for Christmas. I was also given coupons that could be used starting January 13th. On Jan 8th my nephew went into the Active Store to see what inventory they had and was told the store was closed due to a robbery. They apologized and said they would be opened after that once they recovered some stock back. My nephew called on Jan 14th to make sure they were open and he was able to use his coupon. He was told that the stores closed permanently and they were no longer able to help him. He would be out of luck as far as the gift card is concerned. This seems fraudulent to me. The company knew they were going out of business and lied to the consumers so they are out money on their gift cards.

I transplanted from CA to TX. I thought it would be cool to buy all my employees Active Ride Shop socks and purchased an additional amount for myself. I had selected a next day air shipping method. I received an email from Active's customer service that due to an internal mix up the socks were shipped out ground shipping and not next day air. As an "apology" they agreed to send two additional pairs of socks at no cost to me. Said socks never arrived. I have emailed twice, called twice (you can never get through to their customer service line) and have been disconnected twice. I am irritated with poor customer service and feel that if you promise something you should follow through with what you said you were going to do. I have ordered Active Socks for all my employees as Christmas gifts for three years running. Don't taint your brand by offering crappy customer service and follow through.

On December 29th we reached out to the customer via email and also called him to confirm his shipping address for his 2 free pairs of socks.

We never heard back from the customer, and finally received an email from him on February 14th.

We replied asking him to confirm his shipping address, he did and we shipped the free pairs of socks to him.

According to UPS his shipment was delivered February 20th at 6:15 P.M. The tracking number is IZA2R334***4
