I ordered the mid priced box in December of The box was supposed to arrive on January 15th I took the quiz, and indicated that I was a western riderWhen January 17th rolled around and I had not yet received any word from the company indicating that my box was on its way I contacted themThey replied with the excuse that they were waiting on shipments from vendors and that my box would be shipped out the next week at latestThis pattern continued for the next monthI would email for either an update on my box or asking for a refund on my purchase, they would say the box would arrive the next week , but never offered to refund my moneyFinally I received my box on February 17th The box arrived via USPS and I had to pay an additional $for shipping because the pony box people put an incorrect weight on the postageWhen I opened the package the only contents were a sample of chia seeds, a horse bonnet, and two English saddle padsI had zero use for any of this itemsNeedless to say I am very unhappyI would never in my life recommend this company to anyone !!! It is a scam being run by an [redacted] Person who shouldn't be trusted to handle anyone's money or personal information

This is a company with a great idea but poor products and customer service. I received my box a month late, due to supplier issues. When my box arrived, the items, colors and sizes did not match what I had requested on my survey. Additionally, two of the items were made specifically for the Pony Box (not a brand available in stores) and were very poor quality and had ink stains on them. I wrote the company requesting a refund and did not receive a response.
About a week later, the company sent an e-mail saying they would be offering an exchange or refund for the items, as multiple customers had complained. I wrote requesting a refund or exchange another 3 times, and have not received a response after 3 weeks.
The Pony Box's [redacted] page is littered with customers with the same experience as mine, or worse yet, customers who never received a box. To top it all off, my negative review was removed from their website. This company does not represent themselves or their products in a fair manner and should be avoided.
