Review: On the Activelyyours.com, I have placed an order on 11/10/2013 at 10:00am, order number is [redacted]. I bought a pair of shoes (Ecco Biom B 2.2 Running Shoe size: 42) ,the price is $99 ,and UPS GROUND is $8, the total is $107. I have received order confirmation e-mail in the same day. But I have not received the shipping confirmation mail until now.I have contacted Activelyyours.com via email, I email them to consult the ship time for three times, Activelyyours reply the first email and say"we have your Ecco shoes in stock. We are waiting for your Pay Pal oder to be VERIFIED. Monday was a shipping holiday . Your ship to location is one day from us. You will automatically receive a tracking number Thank you for your inquire." But I have checked my PayPal record of this transaction, the order has been confirmed, and the next two emails were not reply to me.Desired Settlement: According to the attitude of the seller, I asked Revdex.com for intervention to help me solve the problem, my desired outcome is a refund or deliver the goods as soon as possible. Thanks!
