I have played games with Blizzard over the last yearsOver the last the company has repeatedly take steps back in both integrity and serviceThier Developers are openly rude to players critical of changes made (or not made), They run misleading advertisements to trick people into buying items they cant use as advertisedAn example is the various flying mounts such as the one included in the collectors edition of thier latest expansion, which they just announced months into it will not allow flyingThis is a year after they started selling it which is the point where they will not offer refundsThey force feedback on forums and allow anyone critical to be ridiculed by thier few supporters without punishmentOften resulting in you being punished for openeing the topic to begin withThe misleading and often flat out untruthful practices the company employees combined with the sanctioned strategic harrassment of its customers has ended my involvement with this company

The worst customer service experience of my lifeI was supposed to receive a game after submitting a preorder code & never got itThey've been no help for a month nowI was supposed to get a game & now I'm losing moneyThey "escalated" my ticket and no one's looked at it since (around 1/weeks)Blizzard was great, Bungie was great, but Activision has driven both down in quality as wellI will not be supporting this business anymore in the future

In January of 2015, my son purchased Destiny, a Bungie game published by Activision (who, according to Bungie's Revdex.com page, handles complaints for Bungie)I liked the game well enough to buy in for half, which then let him buy the first two "expansions" in June
When Bungie/Activision released the third expansion ("The Taken King"), Bungie completely and irrevocably altered the game in such a way as to remove difficulty selection, certain activities and a whole host of items, without any way to replace those things unless you purchase the expansionThis effectively renders a significant portion of our purchase of the original game unreasonably invalid
While I understand the "always on" nature of the game, we did not purchase until after the first expansion was released, and did not purchase the expansion pass until both were releasedWe feel we had a reasonable expectation of how Bungie and Activision would treat expansions, and the release of The Taken King has capriciously treated owners of the original game and first two expansions as though they have little right to the game they purchasedThis game is not a subscription, and we should not need continue paying to receive the same level of game we had previous to the "update."
Activision (the publisher of this game) and Bungie are attempting to set a newly reduced level of "ownership" for the content we have already purchased, and *I* feel this needs to be addressed, before it becomes an industry standard

Worst company ever, bought a video game Blackops 3 for the Xbox 1. It's been 5 days haven't been able to play on-line. Send numberous message they said it's my connect while over hundreds of thousands of people having the same issue. They aren't taking responsibility for the servers being down. Very very disappointed!!!!!!!

Activision has hidden a subscription pay model in their game "Destiny". If you do not purchase new content, you also lose old content that has already been paid for. Very unsrupulous.

my gamer tag was recently permanently banned,then my console permanently banned. No explanation as to why or what might have happened. at this point we are at a loss of over $300 and unable to receive ANY HELP.OR ANSWERS. I am know looking into hiring a lawyer over this matter that is know classified as THEFT. we are a family of the United States military and would NEVER break nor overlook ANY LAW. When contacting customer support they are UNABLE TO GIVE ANY INFORMATION NOR ABLE TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD LOVE FOR SUCH A CREDITED COMPANY TO CONTACT US TO DISCUSS AND/OR FIX THIS SITUATION. WE ARE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY THIS MATTER HAS BEEN HANDLED THUS FAR.

the 2010 guitar hero game has backwards compatibility with loading the songs from the older games. wonderful. I tried to do it but it requires that you download the tracks (what you already own on a hard disk) from their servers to your console. fine. but there is a problem.... Activision removed those servers about a year ago, and now there is no way to get them.

I spent SEVERAL hours trying to find a way to contact them directly, eventually finding a conference room phone number at their business park in CA, and then I found a number for their office. they answer that and were very nice and keep connecting me to this one guy named Carson [redacted] who has been ignoring my calls (all I want to know is if they are willing to help me, like yes or no answer will suffice) and I am simply at the end of my rope with them.

They are a terrible business who ignores their customers except for the initial purchase. I will be submitting a complaint if my calls are not answered with in the week. (in addition to never making another purchase of anything new Activision unless they can some how show me why I'd want to do business with them again)
