received items Thank you, but still waiting on paperwork per phone call from active style, to be done with dr office
if this never gets done then we are left with a big billwas told by active style
at the beginning of this process, that all insurance we have will pay for all of this
we are very hopeful this will not happen to anyone elseMy husband and I have called dr office and have appointment in a week, hope to have all this mess finished

dr office faxed Medicaid about days agothey are following up with themtold the active style rep that called us on feb

Calls were made to update the family members on 2/and 2/
The clinic was contacted on 2/and it is good to hear the patient will be seen by the physician for evaluation
Because Missouri Medicaid requires prior authorization and further requires it be submitted by the physician, there is no further action ActivStyle can take at this time until patient's physician agrees there is a medical need for the products and services requested and ActivStyle receives the Rx and PA approval
The shipment that was sent in early February will not be billed to the patientHowever if the patient elects to receive future shipments it may result in billing to the patient unless the physician submits a PA and it is approved by the payer
The patient will also be contacted by staff again to ensure there are no additional questions
