ID # [redacted] In response to issue #3, I still stand behind that we installed mastic at the end of the job in lieu of drain repair.? As per contract “Buyer to install calking (mastic) between coping and decks”.? Why would we have installed the mastic? In regards to issue #4, it was not a written warranty but an agreement between the customer and us to settle the issues? The written warranty signed by the customer is on our contract under item #WARRANTIES: SECTION D: PLASTER.? The Plaster Contractor warrants its plaster for years, but is subject to the same conditions as our warranty? The plaster company tests the water as we do every time we visit a job.? In both the plaster and our records the water is out of balance to a high degree when under the customer care.? In good faith we, the Plaster Company and I, agreed to drain, polish and refill the pool one time.? Later, customer called saying plaster was becoming rough again.? I met with customer and the roughness was only in areas that could not be reached by hand and someone would need go swimming to polish.? Therefore, I offered to have someone go swimming the next spring and sand out and polish those areas.? The offer still stands to have this done next spring.? As far as the rust spot under the jet, I will schedule the plasterer go out and repairPlease remember that the Plaster is subject to ongoing water conditions that can affect the surface of the plaster if the water is out of balanceI look forward to solving these issues

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the? response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.? I will wait? for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. We accept the $2,for the leaking sheer descent and for the pool refill? Also to have the rust removed in the spa and to have the pool polished in the spring when it warms up and if the bump and porous feeling comes back after this spring polish you will polish the plaster again as per year warranty.? Regards, [redacted] ***

In response to claim #***, In response to our customer’s statement of problems, we did attempt to cosmetically repair the lip of the sheer descent times and failed. We offered to permanently fix the sheer descent by replacing it and agreed to pay $1500, then $as reimbursement to
customer when replacement was refused. To settle this claim I agree to pay the new amount of $being requested as well as the $for refilling the poolIn regards to the drains, they were installed and damaged by heavy rains last year. However, our sales rep agreed to install mastic around the pool in lieu of their drain problem. Understanding that mastic would ordinarily cost between $to $Plaster warranty is years, but please note, as per back part of our contract, “Plaster is not warranted against discoloration, staining, checking or cracking. Such plaster defects are generally result from local water conditions, improper use of chemicals, or lack of, or improper cleaning of the pool” As per our written settlement agreement dated November 2016: “ A technician will go out once in the Spring of (when water is warm enough to go in) and hand sand areas missed by the plasterer at time the pool was drained and polishedPlease note that I do have concerns with the water chemistry. Water has been tested various times, last time was November 15, and each time the water has been out of balance and corrosive to the plaster. We have no control on how pool is serviced and no warranty is given to the pool plaster if water chemistry dames the plaster.” In closing I await a response to settle this matter, my goal is to have satisfied customers.Thank you
