*** came to my shop for a wheel bearing that supposably brooks automotive did not repair correctly.we installed a bearing very reasonably priced.a week later,*** said his car was riding rough.we suggested tires since his were wore out.*** paid for tires, after a month he decided he
wanted michelins.so I ate a set of tires.a short time later he said the mercedes dealer said he needed strutts.I ordered strutts and installed them.a week later,he came in and said he wanted billsteins.he gave me part numbers,I ordered them and installed them.a week later *** comes in and told me he wanted billsteins with a mercedes logo on them.I ordered themwhile waiting for delivery.*** called and threatenad me.and I found out *** was selling drugs out of his car at my shop.that is why I refused to install the strutts *** ***

Good morning. Attached you will find a copy of the invoice for $2160.00. You will notice that it is a bit lacking as far as details go. Also, I was not given a receipt for the $480.00 in torch work. I paid with two checks and annotated on the memo line what they were for.   ...

  I have also attached: The invoice from [redacted] for doing the correct repair. The business that is fixing the trailer the right way has agreed to take pictures and document the entire repair. Pics of the shocks that Quality Auto put on my truck.  Please note the owner told me his name was [redacted], but it turns out his name is actually [redacted]. The written agreement that [redacted] and I came to regarding the work on my Yukon. All of this is keeping me from getting home to Kentucky. I don't have access to a scanner so hopefully pics of documents will suffice. Thank you for your time.Lastly, I am not disputing the $500.00 that he charged me for the tires, or the $100.00 for an O2 sensor on the [redacted].  I am disputing all other charges which comes to $2040.00.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. the auto shop are lying about what they  have stated in there response. I started to bring my brother with me every time I went into their shop ever since the first time  he  threaten me told me that they would f[redacted] me up, kill me and drag me all over the shop .I filled a police report and stop going he embarrassed me in front of the whole entire shop .he claims that I came to his shop to sell drugs that  so untrue .I know alot of things about him and his family but im not to try to ruin a mans reputation .he stated these allegations because I made police report on him ,he is saying anything to not fix my car or pay my money back .if I sold drugs on or around his property why didnt he  report me.this is  clearly personal  to him which I dont understand because I always paid bill
