This car probably sat here for a year or year and a half I can’t be responsible for things that are sitting on our lot The warranty was from the time we finished it – year or 12,miles (not 100,000) I can’t tell what is going on with the car since she is out of town If this was back when the break in happened, this was over a year ago If her car is still under warranty and here, I will repair it

We had the car apart and uncle said he would get theHe order one and it was wrong also.He said he found one and came and picked the car up.I did find one he said it was to expensive.Have no idea why he pick the car up after we had torn apart.They didn't pay any money even for the work we
performed.This shouldn't be on my record.Thank You*** ***

We did a tranny install for his nephew's car. About months later the case was cracked. We gave it back and a month later we came back and someone put a starter, timing belt and some other stuff on it so he said we installed the transmission wrong. He had someone else working on
it and was blaming it on us. We took the tranny out and fixed the starter and everything is now fine. He didn't get charged for the last repair and he has been on a barter system with us. I do admit it was at our shop too long, but as far as I know everything has been corrected and he is happy

The only reason I did not respond within the time frame was that I had moved and my mail was held for days before being forward to my new address. I reject their response. I paid $for them to replace my transmission. I had a year warranty or miles. My car broke down on 7/14/which was just a few days before the warranty was to expire 7/18/ This was in Tennessee and the owner of the car repair place has spoken to *** *** about the new repairs. They were told that *** *** would not cover the cost to repair the car but once it was fixed then I should talk to *** about the cost of the repairs. This company is still obligated to cover the repairs on my car under the warranty. I am still waiting on the items to be replaced on my car from when my car was vandalized while it sat on their lot to be fixed

This is non-refundable. He had his transmission rebuilt a while ago. They replaced a cylinoid but not a pressure control cylinoid, and I told him he would not be able to get refunded for this. He took his car on a road trip and told him everything was fine with the
transmission. I explained to him that there was no warranty on electrical parts

They finally gave me my money back.  So, it has been resolved.
