Acts 4 Improvement

Review: In July 2013 we contracted Acts 4 Improvement to build a raised landscaping bed with retaining walls and a new sidewalk, at which time we gave the owner a down payment. They began the work in the fall of that year, but due to the the block taking a while to come in, according to the owner, the job progressed slowly and it was not completed until the snowy weather began. We could not enjoy our new landscaping wall, sidewalk, etc. until the spring of this year. Well, to my surprise there are caps on the that are not attached, caps on the steps that are not attached, and 3 cracks in the sidewalk!!! Also, while they were working on the retaining wall, they needed to remove the downspout and they did not attach it when they left. That night we had a hard rain and water went into our basement, which is finished, and warped our hardwood floating floor. After numerous calls to Acts 4 Improvement and "finally" one return phone call stating that he (owner) would be down on Saturday of that week, of which he did not show up... here we are!!! We have called him at least 3 to 4 times since and he has never returned our calls.Desired Settlement: I would like Acts 4 Improvement to refund me all monies paid for the job or at least someone to replace the sidewalk and fix the caps on the wall and steps. I would like the company/owner to also pay to have the basement flooring replaced that was ruined as a result of their negligence. According to the owner of Acts 4 Improvement, who did the research, the flooring that was purchased is no longer available. Therefore, trying to match the flooring is not an option.
