Good Afternoon, This letter is in response to a complaint made against our company ACTS Tree Care and Preservation LLC, ID number [redacted] I would like to start by expressing how saddened we are that this situation has unnecessarly gone as far as it has, when we have been nothing but willing to fix this issue In our years of experience with taking care of the earth and trees we have had nothing but happy satisfied customers The customers tree work was completed on the 18th of July In addition to the paid work, the customer also requested additional trimming aside from what was already paid, which was also completed ACTS Tree Care is still awaiting payment for the additionally requested work totaling $ In the process of the tree work, the telephone wire was accidently pulled from its mooring Unfortunately the proper tools were not located within the company vehicles, so the wire was temporarily tied up to an existing eyelet as to not hang Proper fixing of the downed cable was to be done the following business day, Monday the 21th ACTS is closed Saturday and Sunday By chance we happened to check the business email on Sunday July 20th, and had received a very disgruntled and insulting email from the customer in regards to the telephone wire Within a couple hours of that email our inbox also showed another email that he had contacted the Revdex.com We immediately tried to contact the customer by telephone to work out the situation After not receiving a call back from the customer, we again tried to communicate about the situation the following day, with again no response from the customer Because of the insulting and threatening nature of the emails we received we wanted to get a confirmation that it was indeed "ok" for us to go back onto the property to fix the problem Nine days went by and yesterday on July 29th, we finally received another threatening email from the customer telling us to fix the wire by next week With the confirmation that we are allowed to fix the issue, we will now have the problem resolved by this Friday I want to make it clear that we did indeed try to personally communicate with the customer in regards to this issue by telephone on multiple occasions, and that the customer has not returned any of our calls Also, that we had and have every intention on fixing the telephone wire pending the cooperation of the customer Thank you for your time, ACTS Tree Care and Preservation LLC

Review: I(pre)paid ACTS Tree Care and Preservation $200.00 to fell four trees...I was sent an email on Thursday July 17th that the owner would be at the property on Friday morning, July 18th, to do the work... The work was completed, however in the process of doing the work, a cable was ripped from it's mooring (on my house) and now the cable is hanging approximately 8 feet (or so) above the ground (Obviously, this is a code violation and could not have existed prior to Friday morning)... I searched for a note or email explaining what happened but could find no explanation... I also sent an email to the owner of ACTS, but received no response....Note: I was not on-site while the trees were being felled... I noticed the downed cable at about 10pm, Saturday July 19th upon returning to the property... I am only at the property on an occasional basis...Desired Settlement: I would like the owner of ACTS, [redacted], to contact the appropriate utility company and have them re-attach or remove the offending cable/wire... The cost of doing this should be HIS RESPONSIBILTY....
