I ordered a T-shirt from the website. After a week I hadn’t heard anything about it being shipped out. I emailed the company inquiring about my item I had purchased. They immediately took the money for the shirt out of my account. The replied back to my email stating it would be shipped out the first of the following week. That was over two weeks ago and nothing. Now my phone calls and emails fall on deaf ears. No response from the company when I’m asking for a status on my purchased item.
Tom, per our email to you on 8.15.20 @ 10:23 a.m. your order has been completed & is shipping out today Monday 8.17.20
We sincerely apologize for the delay but due to a strong response & then only being able to have a limited production crew due to Covid restrictions we were behind about 7 days.
I understand your frustration & due hope that you will consider retracting this complaint with the Revdex.com. It's tough in business as it is right now with Covid.
If so we would be happy to issue you a refund for your order as well as shipping the T-Shirt to you. I hope you understand and will consider that.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 14673183, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
This response is acceptable to me. Hopefully in the future they will be more truthful to the customers when issues arise. Consumers need to be able to trust you, especially when you’ve taken money from them.
