I had nothing but an excellent response to my urgent water main leak from Richard at Actual Plumbing & Heating. He responded immediately after regular working hours and came within 15 minutes to stop the water leak inside my house. He proceeded to replace my main water supply line all weekend working extra long hours with other 2 assistants. When he finished on Monday he restored the dag up garden into a better than original state. Above all I find his pricing reasonable given the scope of the job. He provided me with contacts and advice how to proceed with further repairs needed outside plumbing repairs. Overall he has done an amazing plumbing job and was courteous and kind above and beyond call of duty. I would highly recommend Richard at Actual Plumbing & Heating Firm to anyone with plumbing/heating needs.
