No doubt a scam. Pop up said my Safari would not work. It said I must call their Apple support number. For Apple support do not call them. Call Apple. Said one time charge and it would not occur again. Happened next day. Called again and they tried to charge again. This is when I realized it is a scam. To get rid of the pop up that doesn't allow you to surf the web, just go in and clear all your past data for Safari in settings. Do NOT purchase their app. It is NOT antivirus. Also - I recommend having Apple check your phone to clear afterwards.
