It is impossible to respond to an anonymous complaint.To my knowledge, all taxpayer documents have been returned to their owners, but without specifics, I cannot address this particular situation

I am rejecting this response because: our complaint was that our original documents had not been returned and that we have not received a final version of our Tax Documents. The documents available for download contain a "Draft" watermark on all of them. We paid in-full for the services rendered and expect to be provided an official copy of our tax documents.Yes, we did receive our original receipts in January, but we have NOT received a final and official copy of our and all associated worksheets/forms
