I believe this company has used fraudulent services and should be reprimanded, fined, put out of business for their horrible actions advertising their Commitment to customers satisfaction There are so many complaints on Yelp, as well as not being accredited by the Revdex.comThere is one customer review on this site which depicts part of my complaint as well They charged my account for pair of boots knowing they wouldn't arrive for approximately two months, being out of stock My main complaint however is that the boots I did receive were not as described on the website and when I tried to return them within their day return policy, they had supposedly gone on clearance during that day period and they said they don't accept items back that were on clearance!! I cancelled the other two pair of boots on order, and after several emails of them telling me I didn't have anything else on order they eventually did Find those orders and credited back to my account But now I am stuck with the original pair I looked on their website regarding not being able to return Clearance Items and did not see that in print I would not have ordered knowing I could not return, especially a boot that wouldn't be the right size? They advertise EASY RETURNS, AND COMMITTING THEMSELVES TO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE What a joke
