Horrible Company
This Company is Violation of Wage theft...You can report them to the proper authorities...Keep all Records of the Time you worked and Time Submitted and The Time and Pay they Refuse to Pay...Keep all Documentation of Emails and Phone Calls...Do not Beg this Company anymore to pay you...Take Legal steps..There is Legal Authorities for this Kind of Action...Wage and Labor Board...Class Civil Lawsuit...You will win..They will be paying more than just the money they owe you for working...This company is digging themselves in a Hole...Stop complaining on here and take Legal action on Them...That's how you Handle companies like this...You win .

These people are unprofessional and do not do their jobs well
They are the check writing vendor for the State of Oklahoma Advantage Waiver program. I have an employee that is paid thru them for the State. Back in October, they approved a pay raise fro $12.14 per hour to $15.25 per hour. All the way back from October they paid the old rate, and when we discovered it they did not want to provide my employee the difference for all those hours she worked at the old rate. I have copies of the new rate, and of the approval notices by ACUMEN, they don't want to see that. They don't want to honor that. It is their own paperwork and documents, and they are still refusing to back pay her. So she is going to have to file a brievance with the state, and file thru the labor board, and she filed thru the BBB as well. This compnay has a long history of NOT paying employees hours and back pay. Beware, and check everything.

Acumen Fiscal Agency did not pay of my workers because the time overlapped for mins One person wasn't paid hours and the other hours If the payroll agent made the decision not to pay them, they could have easily called me so that we could update the timesheet Instead of checking at the last minute, they need something in place to warn client so that their employees don’t have to wait weeks to be paidThis is the second time that this has been done to my employees and there is no responsibility on their part If they are controlling the money, they should have a process to warn clients instead of not paying them I have already left messages on the president's line which led to no solution I am not reaching out the state to complain about your process and give me some other solution for payment optionsIn addition, I will create as many complaints online that I canAlso I will create a report on Revdex.com so that they will realize that they cannot handle people’s money any way that they choose I know that I am not the only person they have done this to $an hour is not a lot to make and if hours is missing it could cause a financial strain to a household If your boss forgot to pay you and then asked you to wait for weeks, you would quit Also if there was an error in the payroll for your employees you would not expect them to wait weeks but would resolve the issue and pay them the next day Acumen Fiscal Agent needs a new process and I will do my part to report them so that they can do so I hate this company

This company is very sad. I live in the state of Ga. I Did get my check on August 30 about a code they said I have wait two weeks to get paid. Now they mess up on my check again. And only sending $379 dollar's. When I have to pay my bill. Acumen fiscal agents need to get on top of there people. Because its people out that have bill. And top this I live in savannah where the bad storm is coming. And we might have leave from the Hurricane and I don't have any money to get a hotel with. I wish it was some I can make a complaint too. Because this really have to stop.???

Its very sad that a company like this has the monopoly on the State of Ga for payroll. It has been discrepancy after discrepancy with getting our people paid. It is also when the State Employees and Support people tell us this the best Company we have. Also, it is a headache when you find out the day before payday, that there is a payroll problem, so you have to put anything you have to do on hold to take care of your people. Why can't the state of Georgia just cut a check themselves
