Acura Bay Shore

Review: During my recent automobile purchase process I visited Acura Bay Shore to learn more about a pre-owned 2013 Acura RDX they had for sale. After some initial review of the automobile and preliminary negotiations with salesman [redacted] I decided to leave a $300.00 deposit on the car (using my American Express). I was assured by [redacted] and his [redacted] the deposit was fully and easily refundable should I decide not to purchase the vehicle. After negotiations fell through I requested a refund of my deposit. [redacted] assured me my refund would be processed immediately on November **, 2013 and I would receive a check by November **, 2013. The check has yet to arrive. My inquiries for updates (via email to have a record) now go without response from Acura Bay Shore.Desired Settlement: Since I left my deposit via Amex my preference would be to have the $300.00 deposit credited back to my Amex card. However, my overall desired outcome is to receive my $300.00 as promised.
