Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] I also found out at the time of the lease contact was done there are four individuals ranging from management to salesman does not have a license to operate in the state of Hawaii We went to The Professional and Vocational Licensing Search website "***"Expired or no car sales license.please I feel this a fraudulent practice that has occurred and is a serious violation of state licensing board rules and regulations please follow up thanks.Anthony B***Darwin R***James W***Scott Y***

We have sat down with the customer and corrected the misunderstandingThe customer got the full $1,dollars refunded and customer stated he is satisfied and all issues have been resolved

Customers issue with registration has been handled the dealership also took care of additional issues they had with the car
