I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action by La Mesa Chevy Dealer would not resolve my complaint.
I told La Mesa Chevy Dealer that I went to Chula Vista Ford and have no problem providing mechanic's documentation.
There are discrepancies on alignment doc 1 dated 10/20/15 and doc 2 dated 10/22/14, both indicate alignment was done yet have same mileage of 13801?
Doc 3 indicates is red that recall was incomplete? And, the 10/20/15 repair order that was originally attached to Doc 3 states parts were not available(will mail to you). Yet, Doc 4 dated 10/16/15 states recall was completed but I noticed last eight of vin# are darker than the others?
Doc 5 indicates there is no rear axle seal that could be leaking; Yet I will mail you the documents indicating all the work that should have been repaired by Mesa Chevy Dealer. Their own documents that I now see show that the car is a lemon; Doc 1: "16 day" rental for rear brake work, Doc 4 concern: clutch install in march, still loud noise and print out I obtained of previous transmission repairs and recalls(will mail to you).
And lastly, Doc 6 the Sales Due Bill clearly show how the top of the document has date, my name and sales rep name that I wrote in when document was blank. Plus, doc 7 and 8 were explained as gap insurance at $20/mo and tax/lic. It just shows dishonesty. I will also mail the auto check print out showing a lien.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Problem: Oct. 25, 2015 purchased 2013 ford fiesta at La Mesa Bob Stall Chevrolet but dealer advertised car with no repair history to fool customer into thinking car was in good shape. But actually the past and now present mechanical issues have deteriorated performance and devalued car. Previous transmission repairs for noise and multiple recalls, one of them to reset the module for gas mileage, are still occurring. I have taken it in for the same reason of noise, tremble and poor gas mileage but still at 26 mpg instead of posted 39mpg. It is a lie that La Mesa Bob Stall offered a resolution and that the customers doesn't accept it. The honest thing to do is a compensation of $2,000 or return car. Please review documentation of all the repairs and you will see that its a lemon.Desired Outcome: The honest thing to do is a compensation of $2,000 or return car.
