On Sept2016, I went to a pre-screening for a medical study at Compass Research in Orlando, FLAs payment for the screening, I was given a card loaded with $More than a week later, I still haven't been paid because the card is unusableThe initial problem is that the letter with the card didn't seem to have the requisite PINAfter several email exchanges with Acurian over several days, it was revealed to me how one reads the PINThe card couldn't be processed because the PIN is invalidMore emails to Acurian and phone calls to Compass ResearchToday (Sept.) I attempted to log on to acuriancardglobal.com to see if the PIN was in my account on the web siteNo such luckThe web site can't be reachedI've already told the folks at Compass Research that they should be raising the devil with Acurian for the expense and inconvenience this has caused Compass

On Sept2016, I went to a pre-screening for a medical study at Compass Research in Orlando, FLAs payment for the screening, I was given a card loaded with $More than a week later, I still haven't been paid because the card is unusableThe initial problem is that the letter with the card didn't seem to have the requisite PINAfter several email exchanges with Acurian over several days, it was revealed to me how one reads the PINThe card couldn't be processed because the PIN is invalidMore emails to Acurian and phone calls to Compass ResearchToday (Sept.) I attempted to log on to acuriancardglobal.com to see if the PIN was in my account on the web siteNo such luckThe web site can't be reachedI've already told the folks at Compass Research that they should be raising the devil with Acurian for the expense and inconvenience this has caused Compass

The relevant survey information was forwarded to Acurian and Acurian contacted her about the clinical trial because she indicated in the survey that she was willing to receive information regarding health conditions
We can confirm that Acurian does not have access to any personal or health information about her or members of her family other than the information she reported in this surveyWe only use self-reported data from persons who have elected to receive additional information
We have assumed that they do not wish to be contacted further by Acurian, and have informed our database manager accordinglyBecause Acurian does not control the distribution of third party consumer surveys, however, we cannot promise that they will not be contacted by others
