I spoke to the owner several times about a paint job on my vehicleI also sent pictures of the areas of concerns and he gave me a quote of I was finally able to go in person to take the vehicle so that he could get an up front view of the car on yesterdayI also wanted to get an estimate sheet as wellHe told me that if I wanted an estimate on paper, the price would go up from to 2300.00, which seemed a bit oddHe also didn't even take the time to go out and look at the vehicleI run a business as well, and I always make it a practice to get everything documented, just in case I'd need to reference it in the futureThis guy seemed as if he didn't want my business, and that asking for an estimate was too muchWith the suspicious behavior over documentation, I didn't feel comfortable being serviced thereI was able to go to a more professional collision center in conyers ga., who didn't give me hassle over an estimate, and who didn't have a problem looking at the areas of concernI was able to also schedule an appointment, and the customer service was great
