On June 25th [redacted] with Blankenship Roofing and [redacted] with Blankenship Roofing, met with [redacted] at his residence and looked over the work performed by Blankenship Roofing We did get on the roof with Mr [redacted] and looked at his roof, siding and flashings located in the same area as work performed There was a small hole in the caulking, [redacted] and Mr [redacted] both felt like this could be causing his problem [redacted] asked Mr [redacted] if he could send one of our employees to repair this on 6/26/and he agreed One 6/26/we sent the same employee that looked at this area with [redacted] and Mr [redacted] Keep in mind that this project was only replacing the roof on the front porch of this residence This is two story residence This house has been worked on prior to us installing the new porch roof It has hidden gutters that need repairing and has existing flashing issues Blankenship Roofing had given Mr [redacted] a price to repair these areas when we priced the roof If he continues to have issues he may need to consider making the necessary repairs to keep from experiencing ongoing leaks Blankenship Roofing wants Mr [redacted] to be happy and we are willing to work with him
Our office has made contact with *** *** to set up a time to meet with him at his residence to look at his issue I will let you know when I find out the day and time of this meeting
