Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by AA Tire & Service regarding complaint ID [redacted] .regarding your email to me, I will be going to a Small Claims Court in Hempstead, NY to sue AA Tire & Service IncIncluding the store Manager [redacted] on February *, for $2,because he fixed my breaks when I specifically told him not to do so He never gave me a listing of the price this would entail and I only asked to have four tires replaced My breaks were repaired at another shop on elsewhere at a cyst if $1,& I have only driven 2,miles since then I filed a matter in dispute on my credit card which he would not release my car until full payment was made and the tires he put on were discontinued I informed [redacted] over the phone and he assured me that I am going to lose When I left the shop, the breaks did not work & I almost had a serious accident He said the breaks had to be " [redacted] **" & when I asked if he or his assistant had test driven the car before releasing it to me he refused to answer I was not given a price and did not bring the car to him to repair the breaks which he insisted needed repair but I never authorized him to work on them and be is engaging in unfair business practices and using the Goodyear name.Sincerely, [redacted]
