MrDavid H [redacted] was contracted by my parents two senior citizens who have worked very hard throughout their lives and had invested all their retirement savings money into what they called their dream sunroom which in reality turned into a serious nightmare MrH [redacted] demonstrated his competent abilities in the matter but went above and beyond as he turned this case into something totally personal Dealing with the Town of Hempstead is not an easy task nevertheless, MrH [redacted] unfailing ability to fight for what is lawful and after a seven month of chaos he was able to finalize the case with a Board of Appeals unanimous decision on our favor As we have a tendency to inform the world only what's not fair to usI felt the need to report the positive case outcome after such a horrible lived struggle like the one we went throughThis past months have been complicated for me as a daughterI saw my parents emotionally impacted with this situationMy father's already hammered illness got worse and as my mother dealt with the sadness and stress, she had a stroke which left her with a paralysisI wouldn't have been able to come up against this situation without MrH [redacted] 's assistance, his skills were undoubtedly an asset but his humanity was beyond words David earned our respect, his honesty was appreciated, months ago trust was gained, today our loyalty is returned

At this time, I have been contacted directly by AD Design Group regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The business wanted to turn my project over to a third party who would supposedly complete the work I have already hired someone of my own choosing, and do not want my private information being shared with a third party of the business' choosing The business also sent a copy of correspondence to their attorney I cannot afford an attorney to represent me I just wanted my money back since work was not completed In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

David H*** is an honest businessman who is trying his best to deal with the Town of Oyster Bay, who is making it very difficult to do his business properlyThe reason for is that the Town is not issuing any CO's and permits as a form of retaliation because he is in a legal battle with the town not issuing the CO's and permitsIf his customers understood his struggle, they will see that the town is at fault for all the problems he is facing today

David H[redacted] was a pleasure to work with throughout our project. He consistently had quick and positive results. David also proved to be very informative. He was professional and great to work with. I have already recommended him to other family members.

Review: Mr. H[redacted] who calls himself an expediter, took $1,550 from me for the purpose of securing certificates of occupancy for work done in my home, a variance, and a drawing for a bathroom. He then disappeared, not answering calls or text messages. Months went by, and I had to hire another expediter to help me, and must pay her all the same fees I paid to Mr. H[redacted], to get the work done. Since Mr. H[redacted] did absolutely NOTHING for me, he should not be allowed to keep the fees he took from me. My new expediter checked my house records at the town office, and Mr. H[redacted]'s name appears NOWHERE in my files as someone who was acting on my behalf. I want my $1,550 back.Desired Settlement: I want a money order for $1,550 immediately. He took my money from April of 2013 through February of 2014. I feel he took advantage of a senior citizen, who happens to be a single woman. His actions are dispicable and I want him to return my money.
