Review: My son bought these 2 jet skis covers from A&D. On the first arrival of the covers, one was missing a straps. On the second replacement, the covers ripped. I had attempt to receive credit. A&D denied any responsibility of the covers. I had to deal with the manufacturing, which is [redacted], ([redacted]) [redacted]. When I contacted Jettribe, they can only replaced my covers and not credit. Because they didn't sell me the products. Therefore, no one is claiming any liability for my purchase.Desired Settlement: full refund and bad rating for both the company and the Manufacturer

In response to this complaint. This order was placed on 7/2/2013. We fulfilled the order 7/8/2013. These items were drop shipped directly from Jet Tribe to our customer. they received them by 7/10/2013 and stated they had a problem with the cover and the cover was under warranty. Jet tribe replaced the cover and everything was fine. Now all of a sudden on 9/5/2013 we receive a phone call stating that there is a problem with the cover. jet tribe has already offered to replace the cover under warranty. The customer refused to take the replacement and wants a full refund. Our policy states any orders over 30 days are no longer returnable or refundable. This is stated very clearly in our terms and conditions that all customers must agree to before they can checkout on our website. here is a copy of the statement. Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges, Restocks, & Warranty Policies ( No Returns/ Exchanges Will be accepted after 30 days of invoice date. This date is located on the invoice. Please Call Us At [redacted] Before returning any parts, You will need the invoice number located on the top right hand side of your invoice. All returns/exchanges must have a copy of the invoice and a RMA # enclosed to be processed. Any returns without proper paperwork will be refused and returned back to you at your expense. Any parts that have been used , installed, altered and not returned in the original new and clean packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any dirty or damaged packaging will not be accepted for return. Any parts returned must be new/unused and in original and clean manufacture packaging, returned packaging cannot have any other writing on it. It must be returned the same condition that you received it.) This customer is stating that we made the product defective but we don't make this product we only sell it. Also Jet Tribe has a Great product and we have never had any other issues like this one. So as the terms state this order is over the 30 days for a refund. The only option is for the customer to take the warranty replacement that jet tribe has offered.
