Review: Company promised to provide service and install solar system on my house. The initial conversation started in July 2012. The last update from the Ap-Energy is that work would be completed by September of 2013.
The deposit of $2000 was sent by me and cached by AP Energy at 9/**/2012.
The work has not been started yet.
After a few calls to this company I get an answer that company is waiting for an additional funding. The service will be provided in September.
My additional attempts to contact company and get service or my deposit of $2000 back failed. I've sent emails to the company and to company [redacted] (his email is [redacted]) failed. No one responded to my emails or calls.Desired Settlement: Get my money ($2000) back.

Review: Solar system monitoring device was damaged in SS Sandy. Ad Energy notified as I an leasing system from them. They determined that monitoring system needed to be replaced. Replacement was done approx. March at a cost to me of $750.00. This monitoring system is to record energy out-put for the SRECs which have a cash value. Because of this I have lost a years of revenue in SRECs. This monitoring systen works through my PC. System was never calibrated to my computer after replacement. I have mede numerous phone calls and sent emails. One call was returned by a Tech who tried to resolve problem over the phone. This failed and he stated that someone would have come out to my home and do the repairs. Still waiting. This was over six months ago. Since then, I have not herd from them dispite phone calls (to a voice mail) and emails to their Customer Service.Desired Settlement: To have repairs completed and systen working properly.
