Dear Stephanie ,
We are sorry that you had to spend $to get the letter from your trustee
We (AD Motors) didn't charged you that fee and if you want a refund you have to address the complaint to your trustee how charged you that
fee
Also, the financial institutions will ask the customers who previously declared bankruptcy to provide the letter from trustee BEFORE they will approve or reject customer's financing application
In this case, as a matter of goodwill, we can reimburse you 50%($) from the amount you paid at your trustee to get the letter

I advised AD Motors that I had to spend the $I have a text message that proves this, so they were completely aware that I had to spend that moneyHowever, I am willing to accept the offer they have extendedI would also ask them to make their ads clearer when it comes to financing and which vehicles qualify for it and which don'tI will leave it in their hands and hope that they truly want to conduct themselves with professionalism and that this was an unfortunate overlook on their part

We received the complaint on August 10, 2016 , in regards to our customer [redacted]. The customer didn't inform us about being unhappy with our service and we didn't had any chance to remedy that. We had a personal check form her for $ 400 which bounced ( not enough funds...

in her account) and that was the reason that we are holding the key. We would like to maintain a good relationship with our customers, and therefore we will release the fob key without any payment, as per her request. ?We will try to contact her directly to communicate her this , but also Revdex.com can contact her and let her know she can come anytime to pick-up her key and the copy of the contract,or we can mail to her.Thank you,A DabijaownerAd Motors Ltd[redacted]
