I am sorry this has gotten to this point. We did install a new roof system for the *** in June of 2014. We removed the existing roof and installed a new roof system. During the project we did work with the insulation contractor he hired to allow them to
install insulation in his roof cavities at no additional cost to the ***. Nearing the end of the roof project they had several issues they wanted us to resolve. Some were valid and we promptly addressed them. One of the issues was structural and another was poorly installed vent pipe. There were some cracks in the ceiling dry wall that may or may not have been a result of us on the roof. The insulation men were also on the roof and actually walking on exposed ceiling more than we were. That being said I listened to there complaints took the blame and was under the understanding that we would pay $and the situation would be resolved. Now a year later they the *** say I owe them more. Our truck did have a mechanical breakdown and caused some staining on the driveway. We did clean it at the time and came back a few days later to power wash it with degreaser. This made the cleaned area cleaner than the rest of the driveway. It was my understanding the situation was resolved. Then a year later the *** contacted us to pay over a thousand dollars to redo their driveway. We set up a time to discuss and look at the driveway. We also brought in a concrete contractor to look at the driveway. This process took longer than I would have liked because the concrete contractor had a full schedule. I have since forwarded his comments to the ***. He indicated he couldn't feel or see a difference in finish on the driveway where it was cleaned and not cleaned. He also said the best sealer is approximately $a gallon bucket if they wanted that spot resealed.This whole situation saddens me and is not typical of our dealings with customers. I stand our year reputation of doing great work and taking care of our customers. I feel we go above and beyond to take care of our customers. That being said I did let my emotions get the better of me when I met with the ***. Prior to meeting them, they were very hard on my foreman when he was onsite. He was there working very hard to do the best he could for there project. That bothered me and nobody should be treated as poorly as they treated James. James is non-confrontational and just continually took the verbal abuse. Then when I showed up to address their concerns they were difficult to discuss the issues with. They indicated we caused their roof to sag on the edges. I then showed them a before picture that showed the same sags and that it was a structural issue and had absolutely nothing to do with roofing Even though we had nothing to do with it he was unhappy with us. Then they showed us a exhaust vent that we had to remove and reinstall during the roof project. He was unhappy that we didn't reconnect it the way it was. Reconnecting it was not possible because the vent pipe he installed in the attic was never installed properly. We offered to try to redo the poorly installed pipe he installed but he said he would take care of it. Then once inside they let us have it about there ceiling and at that point I was letting their berating get to me. I became very frustrated and had to leave. Even though I was frustrated and angered by the *** we took responsibility for the dry wall and driveway.I did and do believe this situation was resolved "A Year Ago". If reimbursing them for the driveway sealer (approximately $150) would resolve the situation I would be good with that. I would though need it in writing from the ***.Again I stand our year reputation and record. I do feel I could have controlled my emotions better and if a dealing like this occurs again I will do better. Thank you for your time,Aaron *** (***)AD Roofing LLC

Advertisements say ".... free and prompt estimates.."
We had a very nice man named [redacted] come out and take measurements and ask what we needed done. He was very knowledgeable of gutters and even suggested we do less instead of more.
That was a week ago.. We've called the office daily about this "prompt estimate" and have gotten nothing but the runaround. The first call on Tuesday, they said the guy who figures out numbers was out Monday and we should hear something Tuesday or Wednesday. Tuesday came and went as did Wednesday. Thursday we're told we would be called back.
How can we even think they are reliable to do a paid job if they can't return a phone call?

I had some work done a few weeks back on my roof in Sussex and they did an awesome job with very reasonable cost. I needed a leak fixed and they fixed that but also patched a few nail holes that I was going to do on my own with no xtra charge. what they quoted me was what I got. Very professional team and would definitely have them back out if I require any more work on my home.
