AD Smog Reviews (1)

Review: This company gives you a free re-test when you fail a smog, I failed smog and went back 3 weeks later only to be told they would not re-test my vehicle. I went to the referee and was told they should have never smoged my car since they put a tamper on my visual inspection, the referee said right then they NEVER should have proceded in testing my vehicle since my visual inspection had a so called TAMPER on it, they should have told me they can not test my vehicle due to the fact that they could not find my serial numbers on my catilac converter (when in fact the numbers were on there)instead they went ahead and tested it which it failed, and then they put tampered on my visual inspection report. Then I came back for a re-test and they asked me if I had a new catilac converter put on, which I said no and the gentleman refused to honor my re-test. I then went to KC smog and they not only found the numbers on my catilac converter they also passed my car. AD smog did not honor my re-test there for I would like a refund because they should have never tested my car when they could not find the catilac converter numbers I am highly dissapointed they refused to give me my money back seeing as I am the Consumer.. KC smog had no problem finding my number's on the catilac converter and passing my car. AD smog is not a good establishment for the consumer.. They get an F in my book, the Asian man behind the counter could not speak any english when he was explaining why my car failed. I am a Highly Dissapointed consumer who felt like this awful busniess took my hard earned 31.75$ and I would like a refund since that vehicle should have never been tested once he could not find the numbers on my Catilac Converter.Desired Settlement: I want a refund because they never should have procceded once they were unable to locate my catilac converter's numbers. That is part of the visual inspection, no numbers no test. Instead they found no numbers and still went ahead and tested it, without telling me they could not locate the numbers, even if my caar would have passed the emmisons test it would have failed cause they were unable to locate the catilac converter numbers so either way I would have failed my test.
