Dear value gues Im sorry for the incinvenience you have experience in our location? on january 1st , As the GM I was not aware of the problem you encouter with our front desk representative ,nor was never inform of the happening or received any complain by the guest, this takes me by sorprice and I really want to offer you my most sicere apology.? on my records I do have you stay in our location on January 01,2018? in a queen size bed for the price of plus tax, same price we have at the website also in hotel,unfortun***y I can not give you a full refund since you did receive the same price we advertise , I will be able to give you a 20%off your next stay.? I really dont know what happen beetwen you and the front desk representative or what was said ,since I was not aware of this matter,? I will be talking to my front desk representatives to discust any problems in the work area? and how to resolve them quicky by giving them advice and retrain them to give you the best service .? once again my most sincerele apology.?
