Everything went great until they were supposed to send me my closing funds. The rep said she was going to the bank on friday to get a cashiers check and I would receive the check on monday by 3pm by fed ex.. At 3 pm no check so I called them and the rep said to me "oh I was going to call you but when I went to the bank on friday the lobby was closing so I wasnt able to get the check until today (mon) so I will over night it to you and you will receive it tomorrow.". I wonder how I was given a tracking number on friday if there was no package to send. This screams of incompetence. How do you let someone wait all day for a package to come when you never sent it to begin with and NOT tell the customer until the customer CALLS you that you were not able to get to the bank in time. I would never use this title company again or should you.
