Response from the Biweekly Mortgage Association (BWMA) to complaint made by [redacted] : We found out after we tried to submit our response that we are limited to characters so we will type a brief summary and refer all readers to the attached documents which provide a detailed response There is a lesson here for all businesses including BWMA as it is extremely important to handle all questions, misunderstandings, and potential Revdex.com complaints promptly as our clients and customers do not always give fair warning to a business alerting them they are going to the Revdex.com After [redacted] filed his Revdex.com complaint he did verbally tell us it was not his intention to do harm to BWMA and just felt this action on his part would prompt BWMA to refund money to himWe believe this complaint has been resolved satisfactorily and Mr [redacted] will be receiving a full refund which is more than fair as BWMA did nothing contractually wrong or illegal To set the record straight there was no purchase price of $1,This was Mr [redacted] ’s mortgage payment amountAll fees were contractually obligated by Mr [redacted] to be deducted over the life of the contracted program he choseFor all the details, please read the PDF documents attached here by BWMA

The Biweekly Mortgage Association (BWMA) did enroll [redacted] even though it was an entirely labor intensive account to service.  Normally, our clients are debited their biweekly payments before the payment due date and then payment is sent to the lender.  With the Beagle account we...

knew at the start that they were willing to have their payments made late and willing to pay late fees.  That plan was going well until [redacted] requested that the debit for one-half of a payment be skipped on June 30, 2017.  BWMA reluctantly obliged because skipping that debit would put a strain on servicing the plan.  Payment was sent to the lender for the July mortgage payment and for some unknown reason it never got posted by the lender.  By the time we found that out it was too late to stop payment on the check and make the payment by phone to avoid a 30 day late.  If we had not skipped the June 30, 2017 debit we would have had more time to resolve it.  BWMA has sent a letter to the lender asking them to not report the 30 day late to the credit bureaus and we have not received a reply.  BWMA decided this account was too difficult to service and did not want to take a chance on another 30 day late so the account was closed.  The agreement with BWMA allows for retention of unpaid fees and consequently there would not have been a refund to [redacted].  However, as proof that BWMA is intent on doing the right thing and is not a fraudulent company, [redacted] is receiving the refund of $1780.  BWMA is not asking for their enrollment fee or any other unpaid service fees at this time and have no plans to do so unless there would be an escalation of claim by [redacted].  We hope this will resolve everything and look forward to seeing a reply from [redacted] that it has been resolved.

There is a lesson here for all businesses including BWMA as it is extremely important to handle all questions, misunderstandings, and potential Revdex.com complaints promptly as our clients and customers do not always give fair warning to a business alerting them they are going to the Revdex.com.  After [redacted] filed his Revdex.com complaint he did verbally tell us it was not his intention to do harm to BWMA and just felt this action on his part would prompt BWMA to refund money to him. We believe this complaint has been resolved satisfactorily and Mr. [redacted] will be receiving a full refund which is more than fair as BWMA did nothing contractually wrong or illegal.  To set the record straight there was no purchase price of $1,356.96.
