Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Hi ***,Good afternoonMy reason for messaging the Revdex.com in *** was two-foldOne was to receive a refund from this business, and two was to make your agency aware of the poor business practices of this firm, AdAction. The response from the firm was quite telling, as if they said: We will do nothing, and best of luckThis is similar to how they treated my complaints during the summer of 2016. I am attaching the *** presentation I shared with the firm when first requesting a refundTheir task for which I hired them was to drive marketing attention for my mobile application here in the USThe results were quite negative: On Slides and 3, and 8, you see people from *** *** *** *** *** *** *** downloaded the appAll of these individuals are outside of the country where the advertising was intended, and for which I contracted this firmImagine a business is looking to get new customers in *** - how can a business drive local sales if AdAction is charging them for the advertising in countries this far away?On slide you see people with gunsThis shows the marketing company, AdAction, was not looking out for the safety of my brandOn slide you see fake peopleI was paying for robots posing as humans.I hope that the Revdex.com can investigate further in to the practices of AdActionWhile I would like a refund, it would also be helpful if your agency can protect future customers from this company's poor business practices
Sincerely,
