refund issued, and then they asked me to find another distributor. Banned because they made an error. Cool.

Adafruit has no customer service. Only a tech support forum. They forced me to make a forum post, and customer service just refused to even talk to me even once.
When I noticed the clone didn't actually fit with the other parts, I was treated like a mn for taking their word on their product page. They quoted the whole article in bold text, and huge font, trying to make me feel stupid. Completely ignoring my quote from their product page, instead asking "what's the issue?"
