Extremely unreliable. Phoned them a few months ago to get an appointment for an estimate. He said he call back in a few days to set it up. Never heard from them. Decided to give them another chance, so had a confirmed appointment set up for yesterday at a particular time. Still waiting for him to show up. Very disappointing. Bad customer service.

We recently had our kitchen , utility room and powder rooom tiled by Santiago [redacted]. The work was better than the builder had done and we are pleased with the results. He showed up on time and completed the job when he said he would. His quote, while not the lowest we had was close to it and was quite fair in our opinion.The only drawback we encountered was that we had to get rid of the refuse ourselves, a dumpster would have been nice. I would definately recommend using Full Moon Flooring for most any home improvements.
