Review: I PLACED THE ORDER TO BY FURNITURE ON MAY,**,2013 AND ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT (see contract)the furniture s/b delivered on august,**,2013 what is in a tree months.The furniture delivered in a 4.5 months,month a half later what is a half time longer than contract time.I ordered a sofa 2 meters and 20 centimeters in length because this is a sleeping place for us.When the furniture arrived immediate we noticed that the sofa looks short, we and deliverypeople measured the sofa in the way the store instructed and came out only 2 meters.This furniture style comes in 2 sizes 2 and 2.20 . First contract was for 2 meters, in a day we paid extra $150.00 to increase the length from 2 to 2.20 meters but the store did not made correction with manufacture. The delivery people called to the store that the sofa is 2 meters and they got the order to get the furniture back.The contract is broken in any aspect. I spoke with [redacted] who is the owner, asking for refund of my deposit but I was refused despite the furniture cannot be used by my family due to the store's mistake.Please, help Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: To get my deposit back because the furniture is out of size and can not be used due to store's mistake

We are writing back in reference to the last letter we received from you with regards to case # [redacted].

With regards to the first statement the client made, she is incorrect this certificate was packed inside her sofa. On the left hand side you will see the word reference and followed by it the store name Adagio and her invoice # [redacted] (customer Invoice attached, note invoice number in lower right hand corner). Below that you will find a date as normally practiced in the furniture industry the production week or aimed delivery date. Under that you will find the company order number given to the actual order by Rom. Under that you will find a bar code with a number this number is the serial number of the clients sofa. There is a matching number on the bottom of the sofa she ordered (pictures attached), which also has the production date and size of the sofa.

In the middle of the page you will find a full description of the actual order which corresponds to the clients invoice from our store. The item which is a sofa with two seats measuring 80cm. The color of the sofa Trentino angora and Trentino black. They type of legs on the sofa and their corresponding height. And even further below that it specifies the complete order consists of 1 x Deimos duo 80cm Sofa and 2 x Diemos uno 50cm chair. If you carefully look at this certificate the particular item that this packing slip / certificate lines up for is a sofa cause it is in bold.

With regards to the second statement. The information that is crossed out is the name and address of the distributor/ representative in the US and it is not our place to disclose or show his/ her company information therefore we crossed it out.

We can send an infinite amount of proof and will only continue sending it upon request. We provide what we feel is required at the time.

Once again with regards to the packaging and inspection of the sofa or items we deliver. We inspect all items prior to delivery they are packaged in see threw thin packing merely clear plastic and a thin layer of Bubble wrap therefore allowing us to look inside the packaging without opening. Lastly the client was not present and has no right to speak to the fact whether we inspected the item or not since she was not there.

With regards to the letter we had provided the Revdex.com signed by [redacted] and the certificate / packing slip. We are a retailer not the end consumer therefore the company provided this letter to us, the packing slip was already inside the sofa. We just forwarded it in reference to this case because it was requested. Therefore I do not understand they point of this statement. We are not end consumer we are a retailer.

The letter has a letter head it is on the left hand side. This is the style of the company and we are no one to tell them how to design their letters. The letter is not addressed to the client, just addresses the clients order and concerns. It would never be addressed to the client as [redacted] said in her previous statement the company "don't deal with the individual purchaser." So I ask why would this letter ever be addressed to her if they only deal with retailers. This letter was requested by us to the company to explain the delay in the order along with a confirmation that the sofa was ordered in the correct size after the client had originally changed her order.

How can the picture not show the real size we used two different tape measures to prove the size. If [redacted] says that only a company letter letter does. Then the packing slip referencing her invoice number and the store name should be enough and we do not understand the problem.

The packing slip and or letter from the company will not have anything more then a PO # or reference number that we provide to the company upon submitting our order. [redacted]'s invoice number and purchasing store name is on the packing slip and as per [redacted]'s own statement this is enough evidence that the sofa is of the correct size.

Based on my evidence we feel we are 100% correct and delivered everything as promised. We are willing to redeliver the product to the client at no additional charge as long as she is willing to pay the balance of her invoice $2600.

In respond to ID [redacted]ttHE SOFA IS OUT OF SIZE. IT WAS MEASURED UPON DELIVERY BY MY HUSBAND.BY ME AND STORE DELIVERY MEN. PLUS, I DID NOT EVEN MENTIONED ,ABOUT THE STITCHES IN THE CENTER OF SOFA

ONLY ONE OF THEM IS VISIBLE ANOTHER ONE WITCH SUPPOSE TO BE SYMMETRICAL ON ANOTHER SOFA PILLOW IS HIDDEN INSIDE AND YOU SEE ONLY ONE STITCH

MY FRIEND RECEIVED THE SAME FURNITURE. AND THE SIZE OF SOFA IS 2 M. 20 CM (SHE MADE THE SAME CORRECTION AND AT THE SAME TIME) UPON DELIVERY WE MEASURED HER SOFA AND THE SIZE IS RIGHT.

IN MY CASE THEY FORGOT TO MAKE SIZE CORRECTION AND MY SOFA MEASURES ONLY 2 METERS INSTEAD OF 2M AND 20 CM.

I CAN NOT ADD ANYTHING ELSE. I WILL EXPECT YOUR DECISION
