Review: Adagio Health provides terrible customer service and does not listen to patient needs. After moving to the area, I was trying to get established as a new patient. After confirming that my records were transferred, I arrived for a scheduled appointment and I was told they didn't have my records. I came back for a new appointment and again, no records were received. Finally, I arrived a third time. I waited in the room for the doctor. When she arrived, she informed me that I was due for an annual exam soon and offered that I return on that date to consolidate my appointments into one. On the fourth attempt, I arrived for my visit. As I waited, a nurse approached me and told me my annual exam was not due for another 3 days and that I would need to reschedule. After that, I was done. I never returned. I promptly had my records transferred to another doctor's office. However, my torture wasn't over. I received a bill for a copay of $25. I was astounded as I had never had an appointment. I attempted to rectify the situation with their office as well as the Pittsburgh headquarters and I never received a response. I never had a phone call returned and I kept receiving bills. Finally, I decided to pay the bill as I never wanted to see the word Adagio appear in my mailbox ever again. I will never recommend this office. I suggest finding a reputable doctor's office who cares for their patients and not the bottom line. I feel cheated and they should be ashamed as they billed my insurance for a visit that never existed.Desired Settlement: After making a payment of $25 for a copay of a visit I never fulfilled, I should be refunded the full amount.
