I reserved a time slot to rent wave runners at 3:00pm july 27th for $i cancelled days before the reserved time due to a death in the familyit is this companies policy to provide hours notice before cancelling in order to receive a refund and I did thatthey are now refusing to reimburse my $despite repeated attempts over the phoneit is now august 12th and I am still being dismissed
BEWARE!!! So this is my story and sorry that it's long but it's the honest truthmy *** GP1300R blew a crankshaft seal on May 12, *** *** funn was close so I brought here that dayKevin the owner said he could fix it no problemFelt confident he could do the job in reasonable time so I could be out for summer that was approachingweeks past so I called for updateWas told by kevin the parts were taking awhile to arriveCalled week after that and parts are in and they are doing the workCalled week after that and was told oil line for some odd reason wasn't connected and now needs to order bolt and washer to do more repairsWeek later called againBolts/washer arrived and doing workCalled week after that and was told throttle cable was busted and needs replacementCalled two weeks later and said it's all together but now runs roughBy this time I was not happy and was sick of waitingDecided to just show up unannounced today 7/21/which is almost 1/months laterHe said needs more work before it will be good to goI told him I'm taking it home todayHe brought into shopMisfired once when he started it then did a few other adjustments and magically runs perfect I should say at least sounds to run perfectEverything seemed just a little strange to meFinally I go to pay and he says I need to pay a portion cashI laughed and said put on my cardFinally he put it on card only after I took a pic of his work orderTo be honest about this place I've never felt so unsure of the work that was done I felt like I was lied to each time I called that I was given the run aroundJet funn will never see me or any other one of my friends family in that buildingTomorrow I'm going to test it on the water in lake Geneva to see if it can actually run wellKeeping my fingers crossed that I don't have to take jet funn to small claims courtGets stars because it sounded to run rightWas originally going to give star
