Review: We, [redacted]. [redacted] and [redacted]. [redacted], purchased two rings from [redacted] Jewelers, Missoula, MT, but we did not receive the appraisal certificate that is customarily part of the purchase of a certified diamond; and the billing included a $1,000 math error plus a $1,000 payment on account that was not credited toward the purchase. There is a $2,000 refund due plus the certified appraisal report.

Additionally, We sold many silver pieces for which we did not receive the sales invoice receipts. The receipts are required for the gain or loss reporting to the IRS on our personal tax returns.

We also had a man's gold ring improved by having a larger, self provided, diamond onto a black onyx background with beveled edges. The black onyx placed into the improved ring did not have the thickness or the beveled edges. It was cheaply replaced and we did not receive the original black onyx which was cheaply replaced.

We would like to receive our $2,000 refund, a certified appraisal report, and the original black onyx field in the Black Hill's gold ring. The Black Hill's gold ring was cheaply done and the original black onyx was not returned to us. We would require a receipt for the sale of the many silver pieces given to [redacted] Jeweler's.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive our $2,000 cash refund, a proper certified appraisal report with diamond identification number, the receipts for the sale of many silver pieces (a total of 528 pieces), and the correction of the replacing a thinner cheaper black onyx in the Black Hill's gold man's ring. The total purchase price was over $14,900, the sale of the silver pieces totalled over $10,200, the Black Hill's gold work is about $500, and the cash refund is $2,000. These are significant purchases and they deserve proper documentation for insurance, personal and IRS reasons. The woman's ring is an engagement ring so there is considerable sentimental value. And, the Black Hill's gold ring is one of [redacted]'s father's ring; he is deceased.

We would like to have a written apology for the delays and the poor service. We have called the store at least three times, we have visited the store at least three times, and we have written the owner, [redacted], once to help get these problems resolved. So far nothing has worked. We are hoping Mr. [redacted] will resolve these issues with the Revdex.com asking for a resolution.
