Review: [redacted] Landscape otherwise known as Adam and Eve Landscape contracted with me for some landscape work.The contract was just under $16,000 to pour concrete sidewalks, a concrete pad for a spa, build a gas fire pit, run the gas line for the fire pit, and run and connect the electric for the spa.I paid [redacted] in full and even added a tip. He gave his word that he would return after the concrete cured to wire the spa. He does not answer or return my calls. In an email reply he said he was not going to return to finish the work. The reasons he gave was he was too busy now, and he under charged me for the work he did.I had an electrician come in to price what it would take to finish the work and he told me the existing work would have to be modified because it was not up to code.Do not hire this company to do work for you. He does not write detailed contracts and leaves a lot to just verbal agreements and does not keep his word.Desired Settlement: I want the contractor to refund my portion of the contract for the electrical work, $1,700.

We gave an estimate for concrete work per square foot at $7.57/ square foot for color concrete. We designed the concrete forms to match the original estimated per square foot estimate. The home owner decided they want to design bigger patios and walkways. We were happy to make changes to please the customer, verbally expressing the estimate is per square foot on the concrete , and this is making it bigger. The finished project exactly the way the client wanted it was over 150 square feet of the original estimate. We trenched 85 feet of 1.5" conduit 18'' deep with 100' of (5) strands of #6 electrical wire pulled through the electical conduit installed from electrical panel to future Jacuzzi site. The work to be done is no more than three hours by an electrician. The amount of unpaid extra concrete forming, color concrete, and concrete finishing far exceeds the amount of minor electrical.

[Work was not completed per contract. If contractor had an issue with "changing" anything there should have been a change order or request that advised of a price change. Work was not done as promised. ]
