I am surprised the state has not shut this business down.
Adam's Auto Services took payment for an engine that was never delivered. Like hundreds of others, this went round and round with empty promises and eventually it lead to no answer, no call backs, message system full. Looking at *** and *** show so many people experiencing the exact same thing for years.

On 08/13 2018 I purchased end Engine from Adam for my Church van.He was suppose to delivery the Engine to my mechanic on the same day and he never did. I called him on Monday the 16th he said he was going to deliveries it on the same day he never did. Every time I called him he told me something deferent. I went to the business almost every day. whenever I called him he always told me the his going to call me tack and that never happen, at first he told me that he had two of them. on the 18th I told him that I was going to get my money back that's when he told me that the engine was in Tampa I was suppose to get it on the Thursday the 19 that didn't happen either. I called him on the 20th he didn't answer. I text him end asked for my money, he didn't reply to my message and does want to give me my money back, I had to get my mechanic to purchase end engine from somewhere else. Now I am looking for help to get my money back from him

Business is continually scamming people out of money selling faulty parts and services and refusing refunds.
Purchased a transmission from "big A auto services" aka Adams auto services and towing. Charges for the transmission that was sold to me were put on my cc and I was told would be shipped to me asap. Which I also paid for. The transmission sent to me was no good and does not work after paying to have it installed. Contacted Adam several times by phone and text plus several other office or staff people to request a solution because they told me I would have a 60 day warranty and that the transmisson was "absolutely" a good working transmission. When contacted about getting another transmission to replace the bad one I have gotten nothing but the run around including hang ups, lies about what they will do and told they would get back to me and only will once you get angry to say that they will get back with you after they "talk with the boss". To date they have not resolved this issue. I have even asked for my money back but they continually refuse to offer or do that. Upon furthur investigation I have also found many others whom have also paid money for services or parts and gotten bad parts or in some cases no parts at all but were charged for them. Why this place is allowed to still be in operation I do not understand. I would like a full refund but more importantly the city or county or state should force this business to shut down or clean up its business practices.

I am seeking a full refund of the charges put on my cc plus for someone from the city of Orlando or the county or the state of Florida to investigate this business. They are continually misleading and scamming people online and on the phone of their money and not producing anything they say.

Brought my Cadillac SRX to this business in January 2018 they put a motor in it and the owner called me and told me we had to have the key programmed so I picked up my no running Cadillac SRX and took it to Cadillac in Miami only to find out they put a Cadillac CTS motor in it the timing didn't match up and neither did the sprockets I then called the owner on March 10,2018 he told me he would call me back and has not I don't know what to do I paid $1500 cash to this company and another $2000.00 to Cadillac of Miami please help this business is very incompetent and will not help me resolve this issue I will provide other receipts when I pick up my car from Cadillac of Miami *** Incase you need to contact me

A order was placed with a *** card for a front bumper assembly and a grille upper on February 1, 2018,merchandise has not been delivered.
Purchase date, 2/1/2018, order for a front bumper assembly and grille upper was purchased via *** card. As of 2/21/2018, merchandise has not be delivered. Contact was made on several occasions beginning on 2/14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21/2018, to Adams Auto Services. Company response was to call us back due to no one available to talk to us. Spoken to manager, Mr. A, sales persons, Mr. J and Mr. M. All three people could not provide a delivery date, tracking number, an email address, or a refund at our request. Company refuse to provide shipping date, tracking number, and merchandise. At each phone call, company states they will call us back, which did not happened. Mr. J stated we were wasting his time. Mr. M is the sales rep, total cost lost is $775.00 paid thru *** card. On last phone call to company on 2/21/2018.

I bought the engine from Adam Auto Services on 10/17/17 for 1275$ next couple weeks I was trying to get any info (receipt or tracking number), I was calling every day with no result, the just telling me engine was sent but still dont email me receipt or tracking number. Then Adam (or Advin) said engine was damaged and we will refund you the money. He said refund was done on october 24 then 27. I call today (november 2)he said will do it today. So I dont think I will get money from them easy. Also phone number was 407 985 5698 , now they change to

I purchased an used engine from this salvage yard and never got the engine.
I purchased a used 5.3L engine very hard to find in my area The salvage yard I usually deal with didn't have one told me there was one in Orlando I called around found Adam S told me they had it would ship by friday (2 days later) never got it. I called the salvage yard was given the run around to call back in an hour they will call me back in an hour I called back in an hour back and forth did this for 4 days. I finally got someone to say the engine never shipped block was cracked. Told me to wait 2 days they had another one and would ship it. I waited again days and never got it. This went on for 2 weeks. I finally call to cancell my credit card order on this motor. The owner Adam says he had to test it and then would ship by Friday Never got it. I called monday Adam said it was raining on Friday and he would ship it should have it next day. Tuesday I called He couldn't find tracking number. So I cancelled the order. He then informs me he shipped it and I should get it Wednesday and he couldn't refund my credit card So I waited to see and the engine never came. I called my credit card company and reported this. Adam waited a month and charged me again for the same thing (engine) I haven't spoke with this man or will I ever have any more dealings or trading with him. Now I have had to lock my credit card until I can get this guy to quit this .
