We had Adam Basement install their waterproofing system in our basement in February, I was very pleased with their problem analysis and the recommended solution that was presented Everything was logical and well-explained There was NO pressure exerted to sign a contract that day We scheduled the job for the next week and everything was exactly as advertised The crew was on-time and they finished the job in two days It is a dusty, messy job, but they took extraordinary measure to keep the dust confined to the work area, and then they cleaned everything up when the job was complete I am completely satisfied with the way things were done, and I am very convinced that my water problems in the basement are over I highly recommend Adam Basement to my neighbors in PA and Delaware

I would highly recommend using Adam Basement Waterproofing Steve came out to assess the problem He took the time to explain step by step what the job consisted ofI've never had to go through this before so I had allot of questionsHe had allot of photos that helped explain everythingWith having to dig a trench around the whole inside of the basement wall ,remove dirt and concrete and then adding a drain system and new concrete they did a great jobIt looks good and worksBefore when it would rain we would get water pushing up through the floor but since this was installed it hasn't leaked.They were there for two daysThey laid down tarps through the walkways and it kept the house cleanWhen they left they did a final clean up and Steve was there to answer any questions and to make sure that we were happyGreat job

I just had Adam Basement install an egress window for me the other day, it looks wonderful! The crew really did a great job with everything, from setting up the work area with lots of lining to contain dust and dirt, to cutting a perfect square where the window was to be installedThe crew seemed to have the process down to the back of their handsI wish I could upload a picture somehow just to show how great the window looksIt looks really sharpAnd when the job was done, the team did a great job of cleaning up everythingI would absolutely recommend Adam Basement to anyone within their radius

Highly recommend this companyThey were very honest and took much pride in their workWhen they left everything was cleaned up and worked properlyThey actually cared in my satisfaction

Unfortunately, we never received the voice mails from the customer. We also checked our phone log for incoming calls on that date and found no messages left
We were able to contact the customer on Monday, 3/and agreed to meet with her on Wednesday night, 3/9/to resolve any and
all issues immediately

My basement is finally dry and bright! The Adam Basement Team worked long days --rain and shine--to complete the basement waterproofing project The team was skilled, conscientious, and considerate It was a big project, but, after recent rainstorms, my family and I are glad that we invested in the basement waterproofing, egress windows, and a new window well plus window in the laundry room Even my neighbor was impressed with the team's hard work

To anyone thinking about calling them for basement waterproofing..I would suggest calling anybody but them.
They are what I would call a "hit-and-run" operation.Very eager to take the money and also eager to get out of their ASAP.
Things I requested to have fixed were not completely done even after requesting more than once.Their website advertises issues caused from water leakage but they don't warranty all issues that come associated with it (fungus,mold,discoloration,and odor).Certain info was not verbally disclosed about the work that I felt was very important.Every excuse was made why he shouldn't or couldn't take care of it, all because they had to be somewhere else.
Please note that they install sump pumps that require dedicated outlets but they are not qualified electricians nor do they have an electrician handy to finish the installation.Was told to call somebody else to finish "their" work.

The business responded by stating that I was not a customer. This is a complete Lie.While I might not be the actual homeowner.I definitely was a customer.
I called them for their service, I spoke to Steve (for over 2 hours) at said residence, discussing any and all aspects of the work that needed to be done and what my expectations as the result from the work.I am the one who had to shell out the full payment.Also, My name and payment are on the contract.

Adam Basement replaced the basement entrance to my home. It was truly interesting to watch and I'm glad I had the time to do so. A crew of 8 men arrived and immediately covered the area they would work with sheets of plywood. They dug out the old caisson and discarded it to their truck, nothing laid around till later. The pit was 7.5 feet deep and perfectly square.
Then they cut out in the basement a drain to the sump
hole which they enlarged a bit and replaced the pump.
They then built the new entrance with cinder block and before the caps were placed fill the block with concrete and long rebar rods. Then covered the enclosure in a moisture barrier. The men were craftsman who seemed to enjoy their work. They all seemed to always know the next task without conversation or discussion. The work just continued till completion. They seemed careful about everything, took time and care to ensure doors closed correctly and with a good seal. I'm very happy with the results and feel my money was truly well spent. There were no surprises and the project turned out great. Thank you Adam Basement.

Beware of Adam Basement! I have a crawl space that I refuse to go into because I'm claustrophobic. Once a year for 20 years, I had my handyman go into the crawl space for me to check for any water and mold damage. In 20 years, he always reported back to me that my crawl space was dry. My handyman passed away a few months ago, so I called Adam Basement. When Steve B. from Adam Basement came out to check the crawl space, he came out of it stating that I had A LOT of water and mold damage to the tune of $6,800 to repair. Steve even showed me photos from his cell phone of a heavily damaged crawl space due to water and mold and stated he took those photos from MY crawl space. Knowing this can't be true and having the feeling that those photos were not from my crawl space, I got a second opinion from a company called Graydon Hurst & Son. After Junior from Graydon Hurst & Son checked the crawl space, he told me that the only water he saw was a nominal amount from a tiny drip from a PVC pipe and that all I needed was to call a plumber to repair it for less than $200. Junior also stated he didn't see any mold at all. Needless to say, Steve B. took advantage of the fact that I didn't know what was going on in the crawl space and, therefore, he could invent any scenario he wanted in order to fraud me.

response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  Please see the attached invoice for the work that was done.  If this has to go to the small claims court, I also have the note that was left in my door after my many phones calls stating that the company would be back the next week to repair the driveway.  I also have one on the former employees that is willing to verify that he was part of the work crew at my home.  I am getting very reluctant to have this company repair my driveway.  I am not sure they will do a good job.  I am almost ready to go after them to have another company redo the driveway.  It is getting worse all the time.

Oh my gosh, I just can't say enough nice things about these guys! They did such a great job on my basement and my husband and I could not be more pleased. They were on time, very thorough and super clean. They put up plastic in our hall leading to the basement for protection. How nice! Some businesses I have dealt with don't even care if they come in and mess up your carpet or floors with whatever is on their shoes, etc. I stayed home that day and to watch these guys work was amazing. The gentleman that came to our house to evaluate the issues was super patient in taking his time to explain the issues and what we could do to solve it and took the time to answer our questions and concerns. We really appreciated that. We have not had any water issues since the job was done and are so thankful for that. Thank you Adam Basement for such a great job. We will be sure to recommend you!

Adam Basement installed an egress window in my basement two years ago. It still looks great and was one of the features that helped sell our house. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone else.
