Review: On March 17, 2015 I asked the receptionist at Broderick's what the price was for the least expensive facial. I wanted to try it out once before deciding to buy a package. She told me $75. I agreed and made an appointment for the next week (3/24/15 at 4pm). When I was given the bill, after having the facial,it was $138.25. I explained to the receptionist that this was not what I had agreed to. She told me I must have been mistaken. I returned the next morning and spoke to the manager, [redacted]. She said she couldn't believe that anyone on her staff would have told me $75 and she would not give me a refund. I feel I am owed a $60 refund for this overpayment. I should not have to pay for their error. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a check or credit on my [redacted] card for $60.
