Thank you for your letter dated February 10, Regarding a complaintsubmitted by Mr, and Mrs [redacted] and was assigned an ID of [redacted] Thecouple purchased the car in December 27, A BMW Xvin [redacted] and the paid$ including Tax and Fees,Mr [redacted] test drove the car and find it to be worth to buy, His onlyconcern is the Heater Control Panel which is not working normal, we advicedhim to come back and will fix it for freeWe told him also that he is buying the carwithout Warranty, AS ISbased on Washington State Law no Cooling off period.As per documents shows, he signed and understand everyone of themHowever,he came back again for the second time and ask the manager if we can help himto put his new head lights that he boughtAlso we fixed his wiper at the backwindshield without any cost on his part, third time he was here again andcomplaining about the leaks on his engineAlso complaining that he buys a newtires and spend money for the repairsWhat ever he did in his car after he boughtit, Adam Car Sales is not responsible for it anymore.Please find attached documents so anyone can understand the papers in carretailing business, We can help him some ways but he has to help us too, hisintention is to create a bad reputation to the company by giving us a bad reviewand to Revdex.comWe've been in this business for more than yearsWe take care ofour customers and we intend to give more help and satisfaction to the customers.For your information,Adam car sales

Thank you for your letter dated July 29, so we can explain our side and be an informative for everybody that buying a carto a Dealer..As a dealer we get our cars to the auctions and some are trade in, we make sure that allTitles and Registrations are in order so we can sell them without a
problem , however some cases are different, delays will happens due to unforeseen event, like signatures of the seller or the buyer and or Titles are not properly documented and it comes out to be salvage, and or frame damage, you will know that when you will report to DMV during the application of your Title.On April Ms*** *** purchased a Dodge Journey with a VIN #*** in the negotiated amount of $ add tax and license, fees total of $ with $ down payment therefore the amount finance is $ 6799.00Since this will be a loan thru a finance company they would need a lot of documents as part of the stipulations considering credit is a challengedWe got her approve with CREDIT CONCEPTS and she signed the Contracts and Requirements, Upon the registration and title are due, we send to DMV , they advice us that the title is salvage We inform Ms*** on the matter and advice her to return the car, and if she decides to replace the car or it's up to herJust in time because finance company is looking for the car already and she miss the first paymentthey will repo it and she cannot get another car , upon our plea and constant communication with the finance company we replace the car with same price and contract ,We don't know why she drop the insurance, finance company inform us and they been calling her to get one and submit to them but to no availSame with us texting and left a lot of voice mail until we get frustrated and decide to get it back, simple reasons finance company will not fund the deal if noinsurance to protect both partiesWe took the car back and she call us upon she learn that the car was repo, them she purchase the insurance after we repo, talked to us and we decide to give the car back to her after paying the penalty..As a dealer, we care of our Customer , as a proof we have a great percentage of be back customerAnd also our goal is to have a satisfaction guarantee customer and we believe a lot of those who has a buying experienced with us will attest.Adam car salespacific hwy,Lakewood WA
