Review: I had this company come to my house to clean out my drain in my garage. They showed up quickly and cleanup out the drain in about 15 minutes. The charge was $[redacted]. I had water backup in my garage two days after their visit. I called the company again and they returned. The personnel who showed up complained that they had already visited my house. They did not even go into the garage and complained about having to come back. They also stated that there would be another charge for returning. They were rude and disrespectful.The same problem happened again, with water backing up into the garage. I called another company who came out and described the entire problem with the drainage system. This person took the time to talk to me about the problem. Adam and Eve did not do this. The new company charged me $[redacted]. I did not even bother calling Adam and Eve again. Needless to state, I am very disappointed with Adam and Eve and would not use them for any problem or project.Desired Settlement: Partial refund since problem would be nice since the problem was not solved. I do not want them back for service to my home. I wanted to put this on record since I used the Revdex.com website to decided to hire them.

At approximately 1:00pm on Friday 8/29/2014 I called [redacted] regarding the complaint. [redacted] and I had a good conversation, I wanted to apologize and express to him that customer service is first and foremost with our company and was there anything I could do to resolve the issue. [redacted] informed me that he did not want a refund and that he appreciated the phone call. The phone conversation went very well I believe the everything is resolved. After talking to the customer I was able to explain why we proceeded the way we did and apologize for any behavior that might have been perceived as rude or non caring and assured him that type of behavior IS NOT OK WITH ME and that I would address the employee and inquire about it. As owner of Adam-Eve Plumbing I take good customer service and having a good reputation very seriously. We really do try to treat people how we want to be treated unfortunately lack of communication sometimes stops that from happening, we take full responsibility for our actions right or wrong and will get better and learn from our mistakes.
