Review: I [redacted], brought on [redacted], on a business project in November 2013. He was to design and program a web application. Checkpoints and deadlines were given and this was acknowledged by [redacted] via contract. [redacted] was given a total of $8000 in advance to complete the work in the timely manner that was explained. once the timelines came around, a one week extension was asked for by [redacted], that one week turned into several and no production of work was ever provided. Not only wasn't the work provided but files were withheld as well and trying to get into contact with him to try and resolve such matters was impossible. I am now $8000 in debt and I had to rehire someone to redo the work [redacted] was supposed to do to try and rectify this problem for my client. But the time lost can't be recovered and we are way behind schedule due to [redacted]s' inability to produce what he was paid for.Desired Settlement: I have paid [redacted]$8000. I would like $6500 refunded to me.
