Oct2016Revdex.com,The fact is *** *** lived/used my property and willfully defaulted for non-payment after several chances were given him to become current He opted to leave and left garbage, junk and possible environmental damage to the property I may with to take legal action against him for that The terms were that, if, after days and due notice (which was done) *** would leave the premises and All money paid to date would be lost and retained by us (seller) as liquidated damages So there can't be any refund in whole or part We consider the matter closed and agree not to seek legal action against *** for the mess he left and possible environmental issues if *** closes the case and moves on. Plus taxes were paid and beg paid Adam K
